It's easy to state that you would like to change something about your life. "I want to be, do or have X...." was said by all of us before. It might seem like one big decision. But in that moment it hard to realize that this goal is actually only achieved by many small decisions. Its easy so say I want to have a sixpack. It hard to build the habit of working out, taking care of your nutrition and your sleep.
Stating a goal is quite easy. It's super useful though to think in that moment about the many small decision one has to face and the habits required to make those decisions much easier.
