As I pressed my ball between my left hand my hip, I saw on my periphery the surreal colors of the sky. The sun was going down and my sweat was dripping from forehead as I ringed the bell at home. I can already hear my mother getting upset and nagging about my dirty hands and cloths. However, I didn't really listen to her. The smell of her food was the only thing occupying my mind while walking from the door to the bathroom.
Back then, when I was around 10 years old feeling Joy was pretty natural. It didn't require much. A ball, a football cage and a punch of folks double twice my age. Joy nowadays also doesn't require much. Mindfulness regarding my sensory perceptions, a life story from a fellow human and learning something interesting.
