In this ever changing world the rate by which the world changes growth everyday even more. There is always much more to listen, to read, to hear and to watch than time available. It can be tempting to think that doing more will get you faster to the point you are seeking. However, that is not always the case. Sometimes it makes much more sense to rest, to take a moment and a deep breath. Maybe even three. You will get tired and fatigued, that is inevitably. The question is just when do you take your time to be tired, to recharge and then afterwards be able to go at almost 100% again. When and how is completlely up to you and it is different for everyone. Yeah, running this experiment will be sometimes very annoying. But when you figure this out, life becomes even more enjoyable.

I also do a 30-45min rest everyday. I either nap or let my mind wander freely in any given direction with closed-eyes. (Yeah, I do sometimes fall asleep. But fortunately we do have alarm clocks)
and if I don't nap or mind-wander, I do something called NSDR. I can recommend this one to you:
