how will you know if it did work? What exactly are you looking at to determine whether or not this thing you are creating is having the impact you want. Those four last words hold the answer to the question itself. The impact you want is achieved when we are very clear with ourselves and others why this project even exist. A very clear why is understood by everyone who wants to participate and closes the room for a lot of conflicts. It will also lay out the parameters of success we wish to achieve.
